What is Packlando?

Packlando is an online marketplace for custom-printed packaging that connects companies and manufacturers directly. Customers can use the platform to buy packaging directly from leading manufacturers and benefit from a wide range of high-quality packaging solutions for various industries.

In addition, Packlando offers guarantees and buyer protection to ensure a safe and smooth shopping experience. Should there be any questions, problems or complaints, Packlando is available as a reliable point of contact and ensures a quick and satisfactory solution.

What products does Packlando offer?

We offer a wide range of individually printable packaging, including:
Shipping boxes (printed and unprinted)
Product packaging
Paper and fabric carrier bags
Flexible packaging such as bags or film packaging
We develop the right packaging solution with individual branding for every company - so that every package represents the brand in the best possible way.

Why are the prices on Packlando so low?

We work directly with the manufacturers and avoid middlemen. This allows us to offer fair prices.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity depends on the product in question. Many of our packaging can be ordered from 100 or 500 pieces. Details can be found on the respective product page.

Are all products individually printable or are there also unprinted versions?

No, not all products have to be printed. We specialize in individually printed packaging, but also offer unprinted variants. Many of our packaging is available both with and without printing. If you prefer neutral packaging without branding, you can simply select the "without print" option in our configurator. This will give you plain, unprinted packaging in the desired size and material quality.

Can I order from Packlando as a private customer?

Packlando is mainly aimed at companies, but private individuals can also place orders.

Does Packlando offer sustainable packaging?

Yes, a lot of our packaging is made from recycled or environmentally friendly materials.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes, you can upload your own print files. We require your print data in PDF format.
Special file formats are required for some products. Detailed information on the required print data can be found in the data sheet for the respective product.

Where is Packlando based?

How secure is my data with Packlando?

We treat your data with the utmost care and use secure encryption technologies.

What criteria and requirements apply to sustainability on the marketplace?

Packlando attaches great importance to sustainability and ensures that the packaging offered on the marketplace meets certain environmental standards. We work with manufacturers who use environmentally friendly materials and sustainable production processes. We pay particular attention to the following aspects:

  1. Choice of materials - Much of our packaging is made from recycled or biodegradable materials such as grass paper, FSC-certified cardboard or compostable films. This reduces the consumption of resources.
  2. Sustainable production - We prefer manufacturers who use environmentally friendly production methods, use renewable energy and minimize waste and emissions.
  3. Certifications & standards - Many of our packaging products meet recognized environmental and sustainability certificates such as FSC for wood and paper products or the Blue Angel seal for particularly resource-efficient products.
  4. Packaging reduction & recycling - In order to avoid packaging waste, we promote manufacturers who develop space-saving, recyclable or reusable packaging solutions.
  5. Transparency & information - We clearly label sustainable packaging so that you can see at a glance which products are environmentally friendly and make informed purchasing decisions.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed online via our product configurator. Select your desired product, configure the format, material and print options and add it to the shopping cart. Enter your billing and delivery details in the checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?

As long as your order is not yet in production, changes or cancelations can be made. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Are there discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer individual price scales for large order quantities.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, as long as the minimum quantity per product is met.

Can I pause my order?

If your order has not yet been produced, we can take a break. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What happens if I order the wrong products?

Please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, after completing your order you will receive an e-mail with all the order details.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been dispatched. The availability of a tracking number may vary depending on the country of production, but most orders are tracked.

Account & Registration

Do I need an account to order?

No, but a customer account offers advantages such as order history and faster checkout.

How can I reset my password?

Click on "Forgot password" on the login page.

Can I change my data in my customer account at a later date?

Yes, changes are possible in the customer account.

Can I enter several delivery addresses?

No, only one delivery address can be specified.

Payment & Invoice

Can I pay for my order in installments?

We do not currently offer payment by installments. The full amount must be paid at the time of ordering or within the period stated on the invoice. However, you can use the installment payment options offered there via PayPal, provided they are available for your account.

What payment methods are available?

We accept credit card, PayPal and prepayment. Various additional payment options are available via PayPal, including payment by installments, purchase on account and other options - depending on your PayPal availability.

Are the prices with or without VAT?

Our prices are net prices and do not include VAT.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, you will receive an invoice by e-mail after dispatch.

Is there a payment deadline for invoices?

Invoice purchases processed via PayPal are subject to PayPal's guidelines and conditions. For purchases on account, business customers generally have a payment period of 30 days from the invoice date. The exact period is displayed during the payment process and may vary depending on PayPal's policies.

Are payments processed securely?

Yes, all payments are processed via encrypted connections.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF after your order has been shipped. You can also download it at any time from your Packlando account.

Can the invoice be sent to an address other than the delivery address?

Yes, you can enter a different billing address during the ordering process. If you would like to change the billing address later, please contact our customer service.

Delivery

How high are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are calculated individually and displayed during the ordering process.

Why am I being charged multiple times for shipping?

Packlando is a marketplace where various manufacturers offer their packaging directly. Each manufacturer sets its own prices, shipping costs and terms and conditions. This means that the shipping costs are not determined by Packlando, but are set individually by each manufacturer.

If you order products from several manufacturers, they will be shipped separately. This means that separate shipping costs may be incurred for each delivery. The respective shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process so that you can see exactly what costs will be incurred. If you want to optimize the shipping costs, it can be helpful to purchase several products from a single manufacturer.

How long does the delivery take?

As a rule, the delivery time is:
Standard delivery: 2-4 weeks
Express delivery: by individual arrangement, often within 7-10 days. This option is only available for certain products.
You will find more detailed information on the respective product page and in your order confirmation.

Are the delivery times guaranteed?

The stated delivery times are approximate values based on our average production and shipping times. We will do our best to deliver your order within the specified period. In rare cases, there may be deviations due to external factors (e.g. high demand, delays at the shipping service provider).

Are express deliveries available?

Yes, we offer express delivery for selected products.

Can I specify a desired delivery time?

Contact us for individual delivery options.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

We will clarify this with the shipping service provider and arrange for a replacement.

Can I have my order delivered to several addresses?

No, only one delivery address can be specified per order. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders.

Return

Can I return my order?

Our packaging is produced individually for each order. Printed packaging can therefore not be returned. However, unprinted packaging can be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service - we will find a suitable solution.

Who do I contact if I have a question or a complaint?

If you have any questions about your order or would like to submit a complaint, we recommend that you first contact the respective manufacturer directly via our chat system. In this way, you can ask specific questions about your product, discuss individual adjustments or clarify problems quickly and easily. The manufacturers are very familiar with their products and can usually help you directly.

If your issue cannot be resolved directly with the manufacturer or if you require additional support, our customer service team is always available to help. Can I return personalized packaging?

As these are individually printed products, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Who bears the costs for a return shipment?

We will cover the costs in the event of justified complaints.

What can I do if my order is faulty or damaged?

If your delivery is faulty or damaged, please proceed as follows:
Take photos of the damaged or faulty goods and the packaging.
Contact our customer service and send the pictures with a brief description of the problem.
Our team will check the case and offer you a replacement delivery or an appropriate solution.

What reasons for complaints are accepted?

You can submit a complaint if:

  • There is a printing error that does not match your print file.
  • The wrong product or wrong specifications were supplied.
  • The goods were damaged during transportation.
Within what period do I have to report a complaint?

Please report a complaint within 7 days of receipt of the goods so that we can offer a solution as quickly as possible. We can only consider later complaints in exceptional cases.

Who bears the costs for a return shipment in the event of a complaint?

If your complaint is justified, we will of course bear the cost of returning the goods or arrange for a replacement delivery.

What happens if the delivered goods do not meet my expectations?

If the order was formally produced correctly but does not meet your expectations, a return is unfortunately not possible. Our packaging is produced according to customer specifications.

Can I get a price reduction if there are minor defects?

In some cases, we can offer a partial refund or discount for minor defects if re-production is not required. Please contact us with photos of the affected products.

What happens if I have accidentally uploaded the wrong file?

If you subsequently discover that you have uploaded an incorrect print file, please contact us immediately. As long as production has not yet started, we may still be able to replace the file. As soon as the printing process has started, a correction is no longer possible.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Cancellation is only possible as long as your order has not yet gone into production. If production has already started, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

What happens if my delivery is incomplete?

If products are missing from your order, please check your shipment tracking first. Sometimes large orders are sent in partial shipments. If an item is indeed missing, please contact our customer service so that we can check the case and reship the missing products.
